Legal and privacy
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 11, 2026
This policy explains what information FlyETL processes when providing visual data pipeline services, why we process it, and how to contact us.
1. Information we process
Account information includes your display name, login email, and authentication and security records. FlyETL does not store readable plaintext passwords.
Product usage information includes workspace memberships, connection and pipeline configuration, technical metadata for runs and datasets, quota usage, failure information, and required audit records. Data and connection credentials you provide are processed only to execute the workflows you configure.
Browser and service logs may include IP address, device and browser type, request time, page or API path, request identifiers, and security events. We receive necessary order, price, currency, transaction, and subscription facts from Paddle, but we do not receive or store complete payment-card details.
2. Why we process information
We process this information to create and protect accounts, isolate workspaces, run data workflows, deliver results, enforce quotas, support purchases and refunds, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
FlyETL does not sell personal information or use customer data-workflow content for advertising profiles unrelated to providing the service.
3. Service providers and sharing
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for digital-product transactions and handles checkout, tax, payment receipts, and related buyer support under its own privacy rules. Resend provides transactional email delivery and inbound email for support@flyetl.com. Infrastructure providers process data only as needed for hosting, networking, storage, and security.
We may also disclose necessary information when required by law, to protect users or platform rights, or when you explicitly instruct us to do so.
4. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, protect security, and meet billing or legal obligations. After business data is deleted, necessary minimal transaction records may be retained separately from workspace content.
We use access controls, tenant isolation, encryption in transit, controlled credentials, and auditing to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Your choices and rights
Where the product allows, you can correct account or workspace information, stop automatic renewal, or delete eligible resources. Depending on applicable law where you live, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection; available rights and exceptions depend on that law.
For privacy questions or rights requests, contact support@flyetl.com from your login email and describe the request. We may need to verify your identity to protect the account.
