Refund Policy
Effective date: September 11, 2026
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for FlyETL digital-product transactions and handles buyer payments and refunds. This page explains how to request a refund and what happens in the product afterward.
1. Scope
Except where required by applicable law, where the product was not delivered or was materially delayed, or in other circumstances covered by Paddle’s current policy, transactions are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
Refund eligibility depends on the transaction facts, product delivery, and applicable law. Submitting a request does not mean a refund has been approved.
2. Consumer withdrawal rights
Consumers in some regions may have a statutory withdrawal period after a transaction. If you expressly agreed to receive and begin using the digital service immediately during that period, applicable law may change the withdrawal right. Eligibility depends on the purchase region, checkout confirmation, and Paddle Refund Policy.
3. How to request a refund
Contact support@flyetl.com or use Paddle Buyer Support. Include the purchase email, Paddle order or transaction number, purchase date, reason for the request, and any necessary failure details. Do not email complete payment-card information or account passwords.
FlyETL will review product delivery and workspace facts and may assist Paddle’s investigation. Processing time depends on the completeness of the information, Paddle’s review, and the payment method; immediate self-service refunds are not promised.
4. Plan benefits after a refund
When a refund is confirmed, the plan benefits granted by the related order end or revert to the tier the workspace may still use under law and product rules. Existing resources follow the overage rules of the resulting plan and are not deleted immediately solely because of a refund unless law, security, or a deletion request requires otherwise.
During a chargeback or suspected-fraud investigation, Paddle or FlyETL may suspend the related transaction or product access as necessary. After the investigation, benefits are restored, terminated, or reverted according to the final facts.
