Using FlyETL
Terms of Service
Effective date: September 11, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and FlyETL regarding your account and use of the product. By using the service, you agree to them.
1. Service and accounts
FlyETL provides file and database connections, visual data processing, runs, datasets, and related delivery capabilities. Available features and quotas depend on the plan currently active for your workspace.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and take responsibility for authorized activity in your account and workspaces. You may not use the service to violate others’ rights, process unlawful content, bypass access or quota limits, or disrupt the platform or other users.
2. Purchases, renewals, and Paddle
These FlyETL product terms govern your use of the product. Transactions completed through Paddle are also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. As Merchant of Record (authorized reseller), Paddle handles payment, tax, and buyer receipts; FlyETL provides the product.
Monthly and annual USD plans automatically renew on the cycle shown at checkout until you turn off renewal in subscription management. CNY prices are currently one-time purchases and must be renewed manually before expiry. Annual billing changes only the payment and service period; run, AI, and query quotas still reset each calendar month.
The price, currency, billing cycle, renewal method, and purchased benefits are shown before you confirm a purchase. Plan changes, expiry, and resource overages follow the product information shown at the time.
3. Service changes, suspension, and termination
We may limit or suspend the service for maintenance, security, legal requirements, or abuse prevention and will provide an explanation when reasonably practical. You may stop using the service; active paid benefits, renewal cancellation, and expiry follow the product and purchase information.
We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these terms, risks to the platform or other users, or legal requirements. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or remedies required by applicable law.
4. Intellectual property and customer content
Rights in FlyETL software, interfaces, branding, and documentation belong to FlyETL or the relevant rights holders. You retain the rights you lawfully hold in content you upload, configure, or generate and authorize FlyETL to process it as necessary to provide and protect the service.
You must have the right to connect, upload, and process the relevant data and are responsible for suitable access, retention, and backup policies.
5. Liability and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. We are not liable for indirect loss caused by your configuration, third-party systems, uncontrolled network events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited remains unaffected.
For product-use questions, contact support@flyetl.com first. For Paddle transactions, payment receipts, or buyer disputes, you may also contact Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith, subject to any mandatory applicable law.
